Emmy winner John Wesley Shipp (“The Flash”, “Dawson’s Creek”) returns to JTC to headline Herman Wouk’s The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial, also starring David A. Gregory (“One Life to Live”, “The Good Fight”). Click here for tickets.

When Lieutenant Stephen Maryk faces court-martial for unlawfully seizing control of the U.S.S. Caine from Captain Philip Queeg while the ship was in the midst of a harrowing typhoon, his defense hinges on one elusive question: Was Captain Queeg mentally fit to navigate the ship through the storm to safety? Or was Maryk’s decision to take the helm the only chance for the crew’s survival? Herman Wouk’s contemporary morality tale (based on his Pulitzer-prize winning novel) explores the fine line between discipline and compulsion, fear and paranoia, valor and shame.

Featuring a cast of professional actors from New York and North Carolina, the cast includes returning JTC favorites Rick McDermott, Jacob Pressley, and Matthew Tyler. Making their Judson Theatre Company debuts are Collin Conway, Colton Liberatore, and Thomas Nash Tetterton. Additional casting to be announced at a later date.

The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial runs for five performances only at Bradshaw Performing Arts Center’s Owens Auditorium (on the campus of Sandhills Community College, 3395 Airport Rd., Pinehurst, NC 28374)
