Our Mission

To create and produce life-affirming professional theatre productions, programs, and services of exceptional merit;

To foster the next generation of artists through training, performance, and outreach programs; and

To provide a place for the Sandhills region to come together as a community to laugh, think, share, and better understand ourselves, one another, and our world.

Our Vision

To engage the community through theatre that reflects and celebrates the emotional complexity of our collective humanity, and to enhance the quality of life and vitality of our ever changing community.

Our Values

COMMUNITY We strive to serve as a good citizen of our community, to recognize and respect the diverse and unifying interests of the people we serve, and to engage those who are underserved in our community.

EDUCATION We are committed to providing opportunities, within and outside our walls, for theater education across all ages.

DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION We tell stories of the world as well as our own backyard. We bring artists together from across the country of all backgrounds and experiences to create and foster an environment of mutual respect.

COLLABORATION We provide a supportive home for artists, staff, and patrons that values and nurtures imagination, exploration, and trust.
